We are well aware that the internet is flooded with fake SSD drives and other storage components which report a certain storage size to the PC, but in actual fact have a capacity which is much lower that the reported storage device. We only sell genuine SSD drives and test a third of the drives we well for performance and capacity. We put a third of SSD drives that we sell through rigorous testing including testing with Crystal Disk, Windows Check Disk, and H2TESTW which creates a series of files up to capacity and tests storage and retrieval of each file. We encourage you to test the drives we sell and return any that do not meet the capacity. Below are some example screenshots of our testing:

The above tests were performed on Gen 3x4 equivalent SSD laptop drives, so read write speeds should be even better for Gen 4x4 drives.

Some SSD drives will contain the residual data from testing which should be deleted.
